1. Scope
This policy applies to paid active break program services delivered by Radiantplanten, including live facilitator blocks, async kits, and quarterly program packages.
2. Cancellations by client
Written notice is required. Sessions canceled at least 7 business days before the scheduled start receive a full credit or reschedule at no fee. Cancellations within 7 business days may incur up to 50% of the session fee. Custom materials already delivered are non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule per booked block is available with 48 hours notice. Additional changes are subject to facilitator availability and may include a nominal administrative fee stated in your quote.
4. Cancellations by us
If we must cancel due to facilitator illness or technical failure on our side, you may choose a full refund for the affected session or priority rescheduling at no charge.
5. Digital kits
Async kits and downloadable scripts are non-returnable once access links are issued, unless content is materially defective—in which case we will replace or correct files promptly.
6. Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
