We design pauses, not performances

Founded in Wausau, Wisconsin, Radiantplanten started when remote work made team breaks feel invisible or performative. We built a calmer, script-first approach for U.S. distributed teams.

2019 — First async experiments

From a small studio on Sherman Street in Wausau, we recorded five-minute audio resets for a distributed editorial team that could never meet live. Attendance was higher when nobody had to turn on a camera.

2021 — Facilitator guild forms

We trained guides in low-friction language: seated paths, standing paths, and explicit observe-only options. Scripts became as important as the movement itself.

2023 — Program layers launch

Clients asked for systems, not events. We packaged live blocks, async kits, and quarterly refreshes into a repeatable rhythm operations teams could own.

Today — Remote-first by default

We partner with SaaS groups, agencies, and consultancies worldwide. Every engagement starts with time-zone mapping and a pilot week—never a one-size deck.

Our work stays practical: short blocks, clear return signals, and documentation your managers can read in five minutes.

Principles behind every script

These guide how we train facilitators and design programs for U.S. employers.

Camera optional

Audio-first sessions reduce pressure and support inclusive participation.

Clear choices

Seated, standing, and observe-only paths are named at the start of each block.

Employer-ready docs

Manager briefings and calendar files help HR and ops teams roll out smoothly.
