Radiantplanten provides active break programs for remote teams, including live facilitator sessions and async kits. Specific deliverables are defined in individual proposals or contracts.

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content for competing catalogs, or upload unlawful material through contact forms.
4. Intellectual property
Site content, scripts, and program materials are owned by Radiantplanten or licensors. Clients receive usage rights defined in their service agreement.
5. Bookings and fees
Fees, schedules, and cancellation rules are stated in written quotes. Invoices are due per agreed payment terms.

7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the prior six months.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Marathon County, Wisconsin shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your state of residence.
